About Feedback/Complaint System
The Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) was established in 2006 through a Presidential Ordinance to regulate private educational institutions (PEIs) in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). Its mandate was further strengthened through the Private Educational Institutions (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2013 enacted by the Parliament of Pakistan.
PEIRA has developed the Feedback and Complaint Management System to provide students, parents, teachers, and the general public with a transparent and accessible platform to submit complaints, feedback, and suggestions regarding private schools and PEIRA officials.
Through this system, users can report issues such as excessive fee charges, misconduct, harassment, administrative negligence, policy violations, or unethical behavior by school administrations, staff, students, or PEIRA employees. The system ensures timely registration, tracking, and fair resolution of complaints while maintaining confidentiality of complainants.
The platform also serves as a mechanism for improving educational standards by encouraging constructive feedback and recommendations. This initiative reflects PEIRA's commitment to transparency, accountability, and quality education in the private education sector of ICT.
